In Contact with the Body's Inner Knowing

I offer two ways of bodywork: One draws on osteopathy – understanding the body as an interconnected system where muscles, organs, bones, fascia and nerves work together. The other draws on craniosacral bodywork – a gentle approach centred on the nervous system, inviting a quiet listening to the subtle rhythms of the body and supporting the release of structural tensions as well as blockages on more subtle levels.

This work may also allow bound emotions to come into sensing and release through the body – a process of somato-emotional unwinding that I accompany with mindful presence.

In mindful contact with the body, its wisdom becomes perceptible — knowing the way back into balance, into its innate nature.

Guided by your body’s wisdom - Listening hands

MY WAY OF WORKING

With my hands and a finely attuned perception, I follow what your body is ready to show. I offer healing impulses and trace the origin of tensions — often in places different from where the symptoms appear. The causes may lie in other organ systems or in the subtle energy body, where blockages can form through trauma.

I gently support release and relaxation, allowing your body to return to its natural flow. When needed, I also use energetic techniques that address the chakras and meridians to activate and harmonise life energy.

I am happy to support you beyond the session — with guidance on nutrition or complementary practices for your body and self-awareness. This creates a space in which healing can grow.

Osteopathy inspired Bodywork

... in dialogue with the whole system

This bodywork sees the body as a whole, with its structures and tissues interconnected and continually influencing one another. It creates space in the tissues — using both gentle touch and more direct, deeper hands-on techniques. And it frees structures from habitual holding patterns and strengthens the body’s inherent self-regulation — allowing structural balance to be restored and the natural healing capacity to be activated.

Craniosacral Bodywork

... following the inner rhythm

Craniosacral bodywork uses a very gentle quality of touch, attuning to the nervous system and its subtle inner rhythms. It invites body and being to settle deeply and return to balance. Healing unfolds in stillness — when the body is given the space to regulate itself.

Some experiences leave imprints in the body — held in the tissues as frozen tension or memory, quietly influencing our lives. In SomatoEmotional Release, these held emotions are invited to be seen. With mindful touch and a listening awareness of the craniosacral rhythm, the tissues can return to greater ease and flow. In this way, traumatic experiences can soften and unwind gently and at a pace that is truly healing.
